Either send us your completed artwork or, if you send us your hi-res images together with your design brief and order confirmation, we can assemble your mouse mats artwork free of charge once your order is confirmed!
When you're happy to proceed, we'll take it from there. Your custom mouse mats are usually manufactured and delivered in 1-2 weeks* from PDF proof approval (UK mainland). And they're manufactured here in the UK too!

(mouse mats with special features such as business card pockets). If you're not sure, you can request a sample mat to be sent out to your business address† to let you make a more informed choice (see the individual mouse mat pages for a sample request link).

In the first instance you should contact us to discuss your requirements and request artwork templates, if required. If you have artwork ready, you can email it to us and we'll let you know if it is OK for us to work with. Read more about artwork here. Artwork template files can be downloaded from each product page under the "Mat Shapes Tab".
If you need help in preparing artwork, please send through all of the image files, logos and the text you would like to have on your design, with your order. We're happy to help assemble your artwork for you but due to previous abuse of this service, we can now only offer this once your order is placed.
Once you have agreed your design/details with your personal advisor, simply email your order to us at [email protected], and we will get things underway. We will provide a PDF proof of your mousemat - please pay particular attention to this stage and check that any text (especially spelling and/or contact information is accurate and colours are correct. We cannot rectify after production.
If you are happy with the proof, please send us an email to approve, and we will proceed to mass production. If not, let us know and we will make any changes as required.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a proforma invoice by email. Payment in advance of artwork assistance and production is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended (subject to credit check).
To help us to process and deliver your order quicker, at the time of ordering please let us know if there is a specific person/email address that your invoice should be sent to as well as the delivery address for your order, if different.
We can accept payment by BACS, cheque or credit card, whichever is most convenient for you. For some orders (particularly larger orders), we may require a deposit before proceeding to production, even if you have an account with us.
For most mouse mats, the lead time from proof approval is normally 1-2 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will see what we can do! If we can't do an order on time, we'll let you know before we take on the job.
