Ordering Mouse Mats
How to Order
1) Preparing artwork:
In the first instance you should contact us to discuss your requirements and request artwork templates, if required. You can email your artwork to us and we'll let you know if it is OK for us to work with. Read more about artwork here.
2) Placing an Order:
Once you have agreed your design/details with your personal advisor, simply email your order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get things underway. We will provide a PDF proof of your mousemat - please pay particular attention to this stage and check that any text (especially spelling and/or contact information is accurate and colours are correct. We cannot rectify after production.
If you are happy with the proof, please send us an email to approve, and we will proceed to mass production. If not, let us know and we will make any changes as required.
3) Paying for your order:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a proforma invoice by email. Payment in advance of production is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended (subject to credit check).
To help us to process and deliver your order quicker, at the time of ordering please let us know if there is a specific person/email address that your invoice should be sent to as well as the delivery address for your order, if different.
We can accept payment by BACS, cheque or credit card, whichever is most convenient for you. For some orders (particularly larger orders), we may require a deposit before proceeding to production, even if you have an account with us.
4) Delivery and Turnaround:
For most mouse mats, the lead time from proof approval is normally 1-2 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will see what we can do! If we can't do an order in time, we will not take on the job.
