How can I send my artwork?
Please check your artwork carefully before you send it ensuring formatting is completed and it’s in the correct size. Just follow guidelines below.
For screen prints:
- Editable EPS file
- Image saved at 100% size or larger
- Pantone references supplied for colours
- Fonts supplied or text saved as curves
Full colour:
- All graphics should be supplied as high resolution CMYK files at a minimum of 300 dpi
- All design componenets must be supplied and clearly identified. This includes tiff, eps, and pdf files; all printer fonts used in the main file and imported graphics.
Regardless of print method:
- Allow 5mm bleed all round the design
- Artwork to be emailed with your order number and company name in the reference line or supplied on CD with same information clearly labelled
What if there is a an issue with the formatting?
Any artwork in an unsuitable format will need to be resubmitted. WAny artwork in an unsuitable format will need to be resubmitted. We can correct it for you for a £50 charge can correct it for you for a £50 charge.
Do I get a proof?
Yes. You will recieve a printed proof within 3 working days of confirmation of your order and payment (within 24 hours for pdf proof by email).
What is the minimum amount I can order?
The minimum amount of mousemats you can order is 500.
How long will my order take?
You will recieve your delivery within 7-14 days.
What is the material type of the mouse mat ?
Our mouse mats are made of PVC laminated to a foam base.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Can you give me a quote?
We can supply you a direct quote please call or email and we will respond directly.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over 2500 mouse mats, a charge of £20 will apply to orders under 2500 mouse mats.
Do you have any setup charges?
No. There are no set up charges.
